The small ones are everywhere, but I've only seen the big ones at Barnes and Noble, Hallmark, and a local pharmacy. The latter is the only place that still has them, and only Rainbow Dash right now. Any other stores I could try?

So I've been wanting more of The Bridge Direct's G1 Ponies (don't we all!), but whenever I see them at Target now, every single one of them looks like the heads are loose. I'm so disappointed and baffled. They're still on Wave 1 around here. The very first run was just fine and my Minty has a perfectly glued-down head. But these other runs of the first wave really look terrible. Target had THREE SETS and every single one of them appeared to have an unglued head! Are they getting sloppy with the first wave because of moving on to other waves? Are my Targets just getting bad batches? I saw the Pretty Parlor and didn't even know whether to try buying it when I couldn't see what Peachy looked like inside.

... and wondering what kind of price range I'd be looking at? I'm puzzled as to why Brock is so rare. There are only a few on eBay, and even loose, the lowest price seems to be $25. Is that the standard price, does anyone know, or might they possibly be floating around other places at cheaper prices (since I know eBay's prices are sometimes higher than they should be)? Thank you!

It just occurred to me that I should probably post about this. Sorry if someone else already posted it! I couldn't find such a thread when I looked. A lot of Sears and K-Marts are closing again. If yours are on the closing list, it might be worth seeing if there's any good Pony deals.  I've seen Pony stuff at both stores.

Probably a stupid question, but does anyone know what Wal-Mart is charging in-store for Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast? It just came out on DVD this past day. Online I can't find anything cheaper than $19.99 and I was hoping that there would be better prices for the first week or so. I had wanted to go out and see, but I didn't get to, and I'm worried that by the time I definitely can get to Wal-Mart on Monday, any sale prices will be gone. But if I knew there definitely was a nice sale price, maybe I could figure out a way to get there this week. On the other hand, if $20 is the cheapest, I won't have to feel too bad if I don't make it out. LOL.

So long story short, I'm hoping to make a custom (non-Pony) figure with a Mega Bloks figure. But it will require me to somehow attach something onto it. I'm wondering what you wonderful Pony customizers use to hold things together (or to attach ears or limbs if you're resculpting new ones for a bait Pony, etc.)? Is there a kind of glue that actually works? Seems like every glue I've ever tried, even super glue, doesn't last once you start trying to handle the toy. And I don't mean rough playing or anything; just gently holding it or gently playing with it/setting up photoshoots seems to break the piece off again. I am so disgusted with glue, but I don't know what else there is to use....

So, fairly random, but I'm looking for a laptop Mega Bloks made for their figures. Preferably one of the ones from the TMNT line, as that's what I'm going to use it with, but I wondered if any of the other lines, like their Monster High line, ever had any. If anyone has an extra Mega Bloks toy laptop they'd like to sell, I'd be very interested in seeing it! I want a purple one the most, but I'd look into any available color! Thank you!

I have always loved Trolls. I had hopes for new merchandise when DreamWorks bought the rights. But when I saw them, I was rather heartbroken at how different they look from the classics. Why is the skin unusual colors as well as the hair? It kind of takes away from focusing attention on the hair.
So what say you? Do you like the overhaul? Are you looking forward to the movie? Or do you prefer the classic look?

... that despite the many differences between her appearance and the character in the movie, the doll (or at least the Deluxe one) actually has indigo hair? I find it amusing that in the movie, the hair is a much lighter/purer blue instead, but the doll uses a blue-purple color that makes more sense with the name.
Also, my Toys R Us was clearancing her for $4.98. Yessss!

Curious to know how many of us love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in some form. I grew up on them, although my favorite thing was the 1990 movie and I remembered very little about the 1987 series despite watching it. I wasn't even ready to get back into it when I started religiously watching the 2003 series and decided I preferred my Turtles darker and more serious. But this summer I saw the new movie and loved it and that eventually led to trying the 1987 series. Now I'm obsessed with it. It's such goofy, silly nonsense that knows it's goofy, silly nonsense, and somehow that's apparently what I need in my life right now. It's such a good series for a pick-me-up.

So before I get into this, I should probably clarify that I am aware that this year's releases are not the same as the Time-Life releases. My question has nothing to do with that.
When the new releases came out last month, I saw them at Walmart. I know I saw that Adventures in Slime and Space was listed on volume 2. I wanted it, but Amazon was cheaper. Things happened and I would have bought it at Walmart after all, but they didn't have them anymore. So I got it from Amazon this week.
It came today and Adventures in Slime and Space was not listed. Neither is it on the scan of Volume 2's cover at TVShowsonDVD. But I'm not imagining seeing it at Walmart!
Could it be that Walmart released an exclusive version with that episode? Or that the Amazon copy has a packaging error when it says it doesn't have it? I don't know whether to open the case and see if the episode really is there despite the listing on the case or if I should send it back unopened. Does anyone know the answer to this mystery of the missing episode?
