edit: really looks like the eyes are different and the face mold is longer/taller on the figure.

her horn looks like a painted party hat glued to her head.

Her horn is the part that is color changing. There's also a clear plastic cone on top of it to further protect it.

I also think it's the lighting that is causing the difference between the pic on her box and the actual item.
