I just find it so random the story lines - it's like no one bothered to proof read it before publishing it. Look boss, it's full of colorful ponies, we're good to go!

@sweetstuff - yes Sweet Stuff was called Sweetie in the UK..."sweetie" in the UK means the same as "candy" so I am guessing thats the reason for the change - they thought it more logical for their British audience!

LM - you really need to compile all the most bizzare comics and get them published as a book. I'm sure it'll claim a lot more awards than any FiM material out there right now. There's going to be HUGE following, bigger than the Brony movement! A lot of people out there will finally understand why MLP collectors are so into ponies... lol

My favorite thing about the Shady comic is that none of the expressions in the pictures match the emotions in the story. When the angry pixies surround Shady, in the picture they're all smiling lol.

Because this is how kids write. I have short stories I wrote in 2nd and 3rd grade for our journals and they all have this crazy nonsensical madness with a quick and easy ending. So it all makes perfect sense if you are a kid.

I find they make a sort of sense, the same way an Escher painting makes a sort of sense while simultaneously making no sense at all.

Here is a Thanksgiving story, okay not strictly Thanksgiving but at least "harvest time feast", which is where Thanksgiving had its roots.

Eyrie is a "big word" for kids. And adults for that matter. I had to look it up.

Ha ha, you're probably right! Don't trust any edibles in Ponyland that you haven't grown/prepared yourself. And even then be careful. :D And of course, never trust any creature in Ponyland that is not a pony.
This comic wasn't too bad, except for technical errors, like the hawk being suddenly injured and having an non-creative yet compellingly onomatopoeic name. And the Dance n' Prance ponies are based on their prototype versions, that's pretty cool, if inconsistent. But for most of this comic I was like, "Who are these humanoid annoyances? I came here to read about ponies." But I loved the "Who needs traditions?" twist at the end with the Guitar of Plenty. Good idea, Player!

That was the one thing that was off. Why didn't Majesty wake her so she could enjoy the end of the party. Instead she sits there watching her. Creepy!

But otherwise it was a really sweet story. It just would have been better if Majesty found her after the party had already ended instead of sitting there staring at her.
