Heydiho,I am new at the mpl-arena, which was shown to me by Puuush, a very good friend of mine.I am a 32 years old girl (too old for a girl, but I still feel "girlish"), live near Kiel near Hamburg in Northern Germany next to the baltic sea (about 500 metres away    ) and work in public administration (oh I hope this term is right  ).My hobbies are table top roleplaying, live action roleplaying, sports, especially gym, western riding and riding on the beach (with my own horse, yay!  ) and art, of course  . Next to that I like computer games, but I don't know anything about computer aided art. I have got two guinea pigs and a snake at my home, but fortunately the snake is much too small for eating the guinea pigs!I have done my first custom last weekend, and just have one custom pony in my collection - but I hope, this will continue to grow! I am not sure if I like the G4 ponies - I suspect it will be a thing of acclimatisation. Most I like G3 and G1.Urgs, I have to exercise writing in english - but I am sure you all will help me, if I don't know how to explain something sometimes...  Now I will have a look around, strolling through topics and have fun - I am looking forward to it!  I hope you all have a nice evening (or day or morning anywhere else in the world)!

Welcome to the wonderful world of PONIES! I'm sure your collection will grow so fast. And you are making beautiful customs in no time. (You already started and I never met anyone so eager to learn. We already covered full body repaints, sealing, embossing, apoxie sculpting with wireframe and rehairing! I don't think there is anything left apart from hairstyling and glueing rhinestones to the pony (which is nothing to teach you... you just glue them to the pony...)

I'm talking nonsense.
Have fun around here, don't be shy, ask if you have questions. Everypony is very nice and in no time you'll have lots of ponyfriends.

 to the Arena!  What type of horse do you own?  I have a pinto mare and because I live by the beach I get to ride down there all the time.  I especially like when it is low tide in the evening and nobody else is around

I am here with all of you about only 13 hours and I have a lot of fun already - I am sure it will continue! 
@kiwimlp: Args, how to say that in english... his name is Frederik, and he is a mix of "Holsteiner" (northern german breed) and "Norweger" (a pony from the mountains in Norway). Light brown with black lines on the back, neck and legs. Black and white mane. He has the size of a quarter horse, strong enough to carry me but not too big.
I have to post a photo, if it is allowed.
Where I live and where I can go to the beach with my horse are many cliffs, and because he doesn't like water at all there is just a short time (low tide), where I can go there.    But I am happy about beeing able to be on the beach at all, so who cares? *laughs*

A pic would be great.  Holsteiner and Norweger are not breeds that are common in New Zealand (I don't even know if there are ANY of them here to be honest!).  I love the smaller, pony type horses.  They are so fun and very easy to keep because they are so hardy.  I know what you mean about your boy not liking the surf.  It has taken quite a while to get my mare happy about paddling - and even then she spooks if the waves get too noisy!  Here is a pic of her if you are interested:

Oh wow, he looks awesome!  What a fun type of horse.  How big is he?  I was actually looking for something a little smaller when I found my mare (Tilly is 15.2hh) because I'm a shortie!  You are so lucky to have an all weather surface to ride on too *drools*
