PC on Calico Critters Townhouse!

The cosmetic problems that I know I can fix are pencil/crayon marks and doodles over, well, a lot of it.

The missing/broken bits:  It is missing the stairs, the railing around the balcony, the double french doors, two "working" lights, the extra floor piece, and the adjustable wall. It is also an older model: the structure is brown, not cream.

Any ideas on what it's worth?

I'm not sure if I'm keeping it or selling.  I don't have room to start another collection, but I just love Calico Critter buildings!
