Have you ever lucked out on Craigslist/Kijiji?

Nope, none. No CL finds, Goodwill finds, yard sale finds. This area's pony dry, which is weird as it's the state capital.

Yeah.. there's not much here lately. I haven't had a good Craigslist find in at least a year... maybe two. I posted a g1 lot earlier this year, and there wasn't so much as a single nibble on it... and it was like, 30 ponies for $100.  Not the super best price.. but not bad.  No one was interested.

If it's the one I'm looking at, I wouldn't call that huge. If I remember right, he posted it before and wanted WAY too much. He thinks those darn things are coated n gold... (and is all like OMG!! THEY'RE RARE!! When they are commons and fakies..<_<)

Looked at that lot, and not huge, but that's the first I've ever notice ponies on CL. Plus when the guy is asking for jewelry as payment. O.o so nope, no good finds still.

I've never really purchased anything off of craigslist but I have looked up to see if anyone had advertised ponies on there. When I looked yeah there was listing for ponies, but the prices they were asking for them was out of site.

found several cheap g1 lots in my city over kijiji and even had some shipped. the best are never called "ponys" so you gotta be clever when searching

I have found a few lots on CL. Only one got me any ponies though. I managed to get near mint with accessories Princess Serena, Tex, Rattles and Tattles and a few others. The lady selling was asking collectors prices so I didn't get everything she had. She had a bunch of baby Sea Ponies with floats that I would have loved but she had them on eBay and wanted more than I could pay. She also had Mimic that I think she would have sold for $20 but I didn't want to rip her off. She managed to sell it close to $100 to a member on here through eBay if I remember correctly.

The other few I found had some nice ponies but the first one, the lady was emailing me and then all of  a sudden stopped responding. She had posted the same lot twice and just quit responding both times, really irritating.

The second lot actually went to a member on here. It had a lavender dream castle and some other nice gems. I was emailing the lady that had them and she agreed to ship and we were working on a price when she quit emailing me back and then I saw the brag with the same lot from someone else on here.  I was glad to see a collector got them but was irritated that they can't email you to say someone else bought them, especially since I was first to get ahold of her but I have a feeling part of it was that she would have had to mail them to me whereas the other person had been able to pick them up.

That was all when I lived in CO, now that I live in ND-zip, nada. People don't use CL up here like they do more populated places.

Yes! Once. I got a ton of g1s from years 2-6 and they were all in great condition. The flutters with their wings even! She had given many of the ponies new hairstyles/80s hair lol! But a lot of my customers on Etsy loved their looks.

New brag! Overpaid a little, but certainly got some nice stuff I found them on an estate sale website and bought it at their auction. First time going to one, kind of fun!

Buahaha!  *combs pony hair with itty bitty comb* They actually had the playsets for all these as well WITH the boxes, but the sets themselves were in shabby shape and I have most of them anyways so I just bought all their accessories to complete my playset shells instead!

I had found 3 ponies and 1 pony friend for 15$. It included Merry Treats, Buzzer complete with wings, Baby Countdown and Creamsicle.

There IS a listing on Craigslist for a nearby town, a bunch of accessories and ponies for 150$.  I wish I could get it. T_T
