Missing My Celestia

I bought a lot of ponies that had only a few I wanted to keep.  I swore that I would only keep the ones I initially wanted. 

The pink version of Celestia was designated to be resold.  I viewed "Pinkestia" as an imposter from the start!  Silly Hasbro, making the same mistake Mattel did with Swiftwind.  For shame!

Well, week one she didn't sell on eBay.  I relisted the auction with new & improved photos.  After her photoshoot, I decided to place her with my herd...for the time being.  I mean, really...me? Want to keep "Pinkestia?"

When she sold tonight I was a little sad.  I stiffened my lip and said "Spiffy! She belongs in another herd! You  knew that from the start!"  Then she was sealed in a bubble envelope.  My herd looks a little empty now.

 

...sometimes it's just so hard to say good bye to a pony!

Haha, but I'm glad she sold (along with Fluttershy! yay!)  I don't know if the new owner posts here, but congrats and thank you!

I know all about hard pony goodbyes.  Sometimes it just stings...but hopefully the money softens the blow!

It does.  I immediately started searching eBay for a white Celestia

I do this all the time. I have a dozen or so items to sell, I prettify, I take pictures and when it comes to listing I manage to talk myself out of selling at least half of them.

Congrats on your sale! I am sure she will be happy in her new home.

I usually save any extra ponies for trades or swaps.
