Personal:What I live for, are my 2 kids. My 4 1/2 year old daughter and my 7 month old son. They are my top priorities, and their well-being and happiness go before mine. I'm a Art Major who has, yes, actually gone to college to figure out what to do with pony customizing. How to make it worth while, make my stamp in the art world with it. I also study business management and have been a teacher's assistant for art classes.
I've learned so much about art, such as balance of details, how to balance bright and bold colors with neutrals.
I've gotten A++'s in artist journals I create for assignments because I'm highly opinionated and for some reason my instructors like that...
Ponies: How long have you been collecting?
My mom started buying mlp's for me when I was like 2 or 3 years old and she kept buying, and buying and buying and I ended up with a collection... I cherished it, and when I went through the phase in elementary school where I started cutting off the hair of toys because I thought it would "grow back", I had the insight to box up my mlp's and have my dad put them up in the attic.
Haven't really ever actively "collected"... I still pick up g1's at thrift stores here and there and toss them in my childhood collection if they seem in good condition.
Tell us about your collection!I got 1 box full of near mint g1's, a smaller box of small g1's, a well-played with bonnet ballet play set and I have a box of my favorite g3's that I deem "too pretty to customize". lol!
And a tub full of customs; since I've moved I've no longer the shelf space to display my customs. So one big box of them! And a smaller box of my very poorly done beginner customs that I've scrapped but don't know what to do with because it'd require too much Acetone to strip the baits so I could make something else out of them... yet I'm not comfortable throwing them away.
