This week's thrifting finds!

Here's everyone I found just this week in random thrift stores in the area!
Have you EVER seen such a white Majesty that isn't MIB? this is the first Majesty in my life...I little a bummed about her mane, but I think she's DEFINATELY worth restoring! I've never seen a Fairy Tails bird in real life...she's quite pretty.  Does anyone know anything about her?

Applejack and Parasol look absolutely stunning! Parasol's hair is so smooth and soft, and her symbols are perfect on both sides! She has a couple of pink highliter spots on one leg, but what ev's, and check out AJ! No bleeding whatsoever on any of her apples! Now she just needs a tail.

Hippity Hop! Just look at that pink mane and tail! and her flocking is darned near perfect...a small rub on her lip and head, but her feet and wings are lovely!

I've never seen Masquerade in real life either, but she"s gorgeous! I've spent a lot of time getting the rust out of her and cleaning her up...she's looking good but needs some time at the spa for her hair...yeesh!

Almost forgot my other little friends! I think it's a Pretty Pup don't quote me on that one) and a Totsy! I thought they were supposed to be HTF but I've found 2 in 2 months now!

And does anyone know what these little kitties are? I mean..how cute are they?  They look like Applejack's neighbors!

Congrats on your finds!

The cats are known as the Macavity Cat Family in the UK, but over in the US/Canada they're called the Caramel Cat Family. Both sets of the main family are virtually identical. Here is a picture of what the complete family should look like :-) (these are the US Calico Critter versions - the babies are in a different pose in the UK)

They were originally released in 2001 in Japan, and 2002 in the UK. I'm not sure on US release dates as I don't tend to collect the Calico Critters line unless they're unique / markedly different to the UK and Japanese ones. The family is no longer available in the UK, however a new 'celebration' pack was released including new family members to celebrate their tenth anniversary. I don't have a photograph of mine, so here is a little stock image:

Grandparent figures were also released as part of the UK collector's club, as well as in Japan. Both versions are becoming hard to find.
