G1 and G2 Pony Fortress 2 (part 1)
« on: July 14, 2013, 11:25:21 AM »
I've seen a lot of Team Fortress 2/MLP crossovers with G4 ponies but never with G1 or G2. So I'm working on fixing that! Here's part 1 of 3.

Copper Glow the Engineer: On the backcard it says she fixes metal things. So logically she would set up sentry guns.

Wind Whistler the Scout: I could've done Firefly but it seemed too obvious. I'm trying to avoid G1 counterparts to G4 ponies. Wind Whistler is fast so she wins. I love her facial expression so she's now my Steam name and icon. scout4lyf

Medicin the Medic: She's the nurse pony of the G2s. And she had a dove symbol which put her ahead of the G1 nurse ponies. (I was tempted to add Archimedes) I added the "Crystal eyeshine" to make up for the gems in G2 eyes.

Why not use poor neglected Whizzer for the scout? WW's too mature to be a good fit for the scout IMO. Love the art though, G4-style mare muzzles are a pain to draw.

I am not familiar with the MLP Crossovers but I really like your art work :)
