Shipping rates to go up for international

Omg... it used to be cheaper to ship certain things in from internationally than to have them sent to me locally. Looks like those days might be over, on the US side at least.

AFAIK about $23 - $25. I saw an examplification on etsy where it said that a parcel/bubble mailer that previously cost $16.xx to ship will now cost $23.xx. :7

I just adjusted the shipping prices for my store for a tshirt. Within the USA, the price changed only by pennies. But overseas, it used to be around $10, and now it has gone up to around $16 first class. That's just a 9oz bubble mailer. Hope that helps to give you some idea on costs.

man oh man. If you are shipping anything 2-4 pounds has gone up 12.00 to nearly doubled of what it was for international. This is going to put a huge damper on swap boxes....

It is  definitely a shocker!  I went to print a label this morning and nearly choked.  I think it will be better though, because I think the tracking for First Class will more reliable.

1 pound used to be around 10 dllrs, now is 16 dollars,  yep 60 % increase , so not cool
guess the sales will drop a lot on ebay because of this .

Sad... I'm so jealous of people in the states for having most of the things they buy online be sent from the same country so the shipping is less.

It was renamed standard post

and no cool with the increase as I have to ship to australia, sweden and finland this week
