Well what I do when I am in a bind... sorry if this is not normal... is I issue the payment and they send it as an echeck because I don't have that much sitting in my account.  Basically this means that they pull the funds from my bank account.  So there is a wait time while they pull it, but you can view the pending transaction.  It's not perfect because it takes just as long as the bank transfer, but in a pinch it works for me.

Other thoughts on this one guys?

Also, I have had a package take 42 days from USA to Canada!

This!!!  I had something take three full months and a half to get to Canada from New York!!!  They are apparently cracking down hard on incoming mail and now I warn all people I send to in Canada that it might take an unheard of amount of time to get there.  In the case of 3.5 months I had to refund my buyer about a month or so into it and when she finally got the item she paid me back again.

Thank You for posting the shipping receipt.  If she paid on the 19th of June, I am curious as to why it took 22 days to ship?  And if she contacted you two weeks ago with concerns, why did you not tell her then that you had just shipped?

I'm sorry I am just trying to comprehend things here.  And make sure that the facts are straight.  I am thinking that if she was told it had just shipped on the 11th, the anger and confusion would not have happened here.

Can you please verify the above information for me?

I hate to get in the middle of this but I think in order to be fair to the seller you should contact the mods if you are having unresolved issues instead of going public with this. Its a personal matter between buyer and seller and should be handled that way as well.

I think that's really unfair to say at this point. We don't even know how long she has been waiting. I think instead of saying someone did something wrong right now we should be getting the facts straight.

This is public now, for good or bad.  Working it out here gives the seller a chance to defend herself, and both sides can get advice from neutral(and often very experienced) people.  I hope both sides can come to an agreement that makes them both happy.  Good luck to everyone!

That's the entire point of the Trader Support forum.  Are you saying I shouldn't maintain my Bad Traderlist because "it's a personal matter between buyer and seller"?

I'd just like to say I am very sorry this has all happened- in all honesty, an item that came from Canada to me took over a month once, it was actually closer to 2. Please bare in mind the Olympics are happening so of course shipping is going to be delayed, even my parcels have been delayed!
I'd also like to add, Lil.cutie.pie has been nothing short of wonderful to me, she went hunting for an item I was after for weeks with no luck but kept me updated and we had many lovely chats.
Best of luck to you both, just be patient on that parcel, I'm sure it will artive

I do not think any one is saying that lil.cutie.pie is not a good person.  But there are some discrepancies in her shipping time that have not been clarified.  Which I believe is what caused much confusion.

Has there been any communication between the two parties involved?

Right, this thing is so weird cause when one says she paid on a date the other doesn't freak out and say that's not true. They both have totally different dates and neither one is saying one isn't being truthful or correct.

Slightly off topic but to everyone who's going "omg overseas shipping always takes several weeks" - one week is actually pretty standard from/to many European countries to/from North America. Sometimes faster. Just so you know ;) Of course I'm not saying it can't take longer on some occasions, or from some countries.

Anyway, confusing transaction indeed, I do hope it gets resolved!

No one said that quote that you have...

Your comment is going to do nothing but add confusion and false expectations. One weeks is not standard. Sorry, it's not.
