Just curious, did you win that lot on E-bay where Mimic was called "diamond eye"?
I'm not experienced in removing twinkle eyes, but I have seen some members here do it with amazing results!

Ha, no Jinxxy, but that is funny, "diamond eye".  I got her from an arena member:D  I've been looking at your OC and contemplating how I'm going to do her.  I'll be in touch with you shortly if you still want to trade:).

Do you have pics of the damage? Maybe it is repairable?

To remove the eye, you can heat up the head with hot water or a hairdryer, and pull the eyes from the inside.

Here is the damage.  I don't know that it is repairable, but what do I know.  Part of me really hates to remove her original eyes tho.

Oh bless her! Mimic has had an adventuring life :)

She is your pony to do as you please with but hand on my heart I wouldnt replace her eyes. I think with a good scrub, some chemicals and a sun fade as well as a symbol touch up you could have a pretty awesome Mimic there and removing to replace her eyes will devalue her. Personally I would work on cleaning her up and if her eyes still annoy you when she is all sparkly and clean then work to replace them. But she is your gorgeous girl so if you decide to replace I would go with BFBs description above.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

OK, Hathorcat, that settles it.  I don't want to devalue her, and I'm getting a mintier one, so I'm going to clean her up and sell her to make up for the cost on the other one.  I'm growing quite attached already, it'll be hard to let her go!

I'm gonna upload some pics of my WIP in a minute.

Yep, I'm about 99% sure that she was ran over.  She has neck cracks and a lot of scuffing.

OK, so here is where I'm at with her now.  I think I got a bit overzealous and rubbed more of her symbols off   I also didn't realize the mane cut at first, but now I'm pretty sure she has one.

Also another question, better to rehair her, or leave it original?

she looks like someone ran her over with a bike. poor thing! I think you should keep her as original as possible. the scuffing could probably be buffed/smoothed out? make sure you post after photos!

Oh my gosh that poor thing! Some little girl must have left her pony out on the driveway and she got ran over by a bike or car! :(

BTW Is she supposed to be that white? I thought she was a light green!

You're doing a great job cleaning her!

If you're going to sell her, I might like to have her.

From the profile pic it looks like her eyes have been pushed in quite a bit too!
TE's are notoriously hard to find absolutely minty.. Can't wait to see how she cleans up though :D
