Next year for the Funko vinyl ponies predictions, hopes, etc.

Looking at the releases so far from Funko what do you hope to see next? In 2013 we got 10 brand new characters and 10 variants, in 2014 we got 9 brand new characters and 16 variants. Knowing this knowledge what other characters would you like to see, do you want to see more waves of three characters, or do you prefer 2? Post what you would like to see, and ALSO what you think we will see (due to popular characters or ones surprisingly not yet released.)

Here is what I think we will see in 2015

I think we will see Princess Cadence, Shining Armor, Spike, Soarin, Maud Pie, Cheese Sandwhich, Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, Scootaloo. More black variants at target. Glitter variants continuing each wave. Possibly Flutterbat who I also want. Queen Chrysalis is a maybe, hard to say since she isn't very active in the show atm, but many have been asking for her. I think next years SDCC will be black variants but I hope its new characters like the villains! I think we will see more variant exclusives at stores.

I like the wave of 3 at a time, but two is alright.  As long as they don't narrow it down to 1.

We should get all of the villains and other minor characters before Flutterbat if they were to make her, to be honest.  _{I guess I'm just not big on the Flutterbat hype train...} 

I really just want Chrysalis at this point. 

I'd also like to see the CMC (hopefully they'll have their cutie marks in season 5 so we can get them with those), Spike, Sapphire Shores, Photo Finish, Cheerilee, Granny Smith, Shining Armor, Cadance, ALL OF THE VILLAINS (I really like villains, can't you tell?), MORE BOY PONIES (Soarin, Braeburn, Cheese Sandwich, etc.), and I would like for them to do a DIY pony mold like they did with their POP! figures for both the MLP vinyl and MLP POP! lines.

I would like for them to calm down with the variants.  I like the regular vinyls and the glitter ones.  New poses would be great, too.  For instance, if they did the mane 6 again, put them in their gala outfits or coronation outfits with some dynamic poses.

I'd like to see at least one character not in the same pose as every other character. Other than that I don't really care what they do.

I love reading your predictions! I will be looking for Shining Armor and Flash. But Nightmare Moon and King Sombra would be pretty amazing also.

I like the idea of the outfits and poses Moonbeam!! That could turn out really well.............what if they released a special with real pony hair!!!! That would be cool. Not very Funko but I would like to see one.....

I would love the cmc,  granny smith, chrysalis, shining armor, cadence, and spike next. I don't mind the order I'm just so happy that they keep making more funkos. I just wish the glitters would be a bit easier to come across, finding them is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. ...eeyup!

I'd like to see Cadence and Gilda, plus Luna, Cadence and Lyra POPs. With the CMC I hope they'll release them as smaller figures, but as a three-pack. I'd like to see Nightmare Moon, too.

If their SDCC variants are black again, I hope this time they'll give them the gorgeous matte finish the MM have and will continue putting them on Amazon US

If we get a Chrysalis, I'll be done with Funko.
And by that, I mean I'm going to blow all of my money on every variant of her and I'll even bite the bullet and try to get my hands on a proto.  I won't have any money left for other Funko releases.

I'd like to see Zecora! I'm surprised they haven't done her yet, really.

And then of course Cadence, Shining Armor, Flash Sentry, the CMC and Sunset Shimmer. 

Also I know personally I'd very much appreciate if they kept the releases to 2 at a time.  If it were 3 every time I think it'd be a little overwhelming (and this is coming from someone who doesn't even collect the chase figures).

I think it's likely they'll produce Shining Armor, Cadance, the CMC, & Spike at some point. I'd give Zecora, Nightmare Moon, & Chrysalis a fair chance too, since they're fan favorites (Chrysalis likely wouldn't be too much more complex a mold than Discord, right?). Any & all of those I would welcome; I would be utterly joyified if they did Granny Smith! I'd also like to see variants, if made, being released at places like Target or TRU.

What I think would be nifty, albeit nigh impossible, is releasing G1 'recolors' on the existing molds.

Granny Smith's chase variant could be Granny Smith w/ army helmet...

I don't really collect Funko. I have Discord (regular), and have preordered Luna
I would buy Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon for sure!
beyond that I don't know. I thought I'd be interested in Trixie (but I hate that she has no tail, which is obvious in her glitter version - which of course is the version I like for her), and I thought I'd want Daring Do (but I was underwhelmed, and honestly the episode that revealed her being that author pony made me less of a fan)
