Disney Store Fairies Dolls: Need Help Repairing Beck

I don't know if anyone collects these, but I need some help!

These came out around 2007 (maybe?).  I have very little information about this series of dolls.  Today I found Beck who's missing the top half of her right wing.  Making replacement wings seems easy enough since I have the entire left wing to use as a template...but what kind of material do I use?

Any ideas?
