Whew!  Playing pretty much every 5 (awake) hours since this uodate went live I FINALLY got enough mine cart points. With RD as Zapp Dash with a 30% bonus, I average 5000 points per 1000 bit cart ride!  It still took me 5 days (60ish wheels!) so now I just have the sewing machines left to get. However, the amount of gems needed is now down to 50. So I will buy him if I cant get enough gems. But Im still not not about the sewing machine drop rate. Whats the drop rate w Neon Lights (I only hve the other 2 ponies at  medium drop rate which is 2-3 per day. Maybe. Sometimes).

The gem balloon pop is a scam and waste. I never play it anymore. Even when its discounted. Remember, 10 x 0.01 (my guess at possibility of getting a pony or shop) is still not worth the gems. At least. Not till I have every other gem related pony, store, etc. which will take me quite awhile (Ive been playing 4+ years!)

Thank you!  So same drop rate BUT more frequent drops. Hmmm, I think I shall wait on buying him till theres a sale or I can win him in a solo event.

I got reply from Gameloft but they basically told me that I need make sure I have a good Wi Fi signal, and don't have too many devices turned on at once and then said "Well if nothing else works reinstall the game.

Mine too, TWICE now!  The first time they put it back when I got in contact and sent them a screenshot (and they sent along some gems too, which was very nice) but this morning it's reset again and I don't think I'll have time to earn the rest of the sewing machines (I had only 9!) and mine cart points.

Oh dear!  *goes and takes a screenshot of progress* I've been working my tail off for those seeing machines and still only have 8.  That's with all three ponies going round the clock!

I'm going to miss this pony. By the time I get my game fixed I'm sure the event will be over. I had to reinstall the game and submitted a new ticket to try to get my progress back. I will not restart the game from the beginning.

I am now on my third ticket trying since the update. I'm still trying to get my progress back.

Okay so are there Daring Do quests or just the traveling pony? I've just got an empty camp that says no quests available and I'm so over the traveling ponies at this point. The requirements are ridiculous. The game should be fun, not tedious.

Anyone have any tips for dealing with Gameloft. I followed the instructins they game me and still can't get them to send me my save file.

Not that I know of.  I think they're putting some more in, but I expect it will be after the new pony's visit ends.

No tips on dealing with Gameloft aside from posting on their FB page.  Maybe you can get a direct response there???  Sorry for all your trouble!

Only 2 sewing machines away, an 11 hours to do it.  Should make it!

I hate that you're having such a hard time with GL, SummerSkye, they've always been really helpful to me.    For instance, my game reset my progress toward this hotel pony again so I emailed GL and told them, then asked if they could either restore my progress again or reduce the pony back to the 100 Gems I had him down to as I would happily pay that much given how little time was left, and they sent me 200 Gems to buy him with! 

There aren't any active Daring Do quests yet, I think they want all the villain ponies in place to do something nefarious before she leaps in to stop them.

I tried several times to create a ticket for the hotelpony. But no answer and no succes over here, so no traveling pony for me

I got a response from Gameloft on Facebook asking for my ticket ID numbers. I hope they can help me restore my game. I am so frustrated with them right now. The agents responding to my tickets are not providing the help I need.
