Ohhh boy, I was afraid of this! Mostly, I was afraid of how the HECK am I gonna get 100 items?! Even in a week?! o.o

At this moment I have 2 sewing machines and about 80 of the potions. I hope I can get enough mine cart points.

The potions were easy because all three ponies that drop them did it every 2, 8, and 10 minutes. I got enough potions in 2 days.

Its the Sewing Machines that seem to confound my ponies.

Help. I installed the update and now my game won't load. I've tried several times but the yellow bar only loads about 1/10th of the way and doesn't go any further. I'm afraid if I uninstall the game I'll lose all my progress and gems. What should I do?

One of the potion tasks is two minutes long. You should be okay.

Unless my math is wrong, though, the minecart task requires playing twenty-four times a day for approximately two weeks.

You know, you guys were right! I ended up watching a bunch of TV over the weekend, so I just kept my app open on my lap while I watched, and every two minutes I picked up more potions! It took several boring hours, but I got 100! Sewing machines, meanwhile ... yikes.

Those mine cart points also look RIDICULOUS. It was more like 30k for the last one, right? Not 300k??? Am I imagining things?

@Ponyfan; sometimes the game has problems booting itself up, for whatever reason. If you have a BILLION furniture pieces out, it also lags it way down, and will often crash moments after loading. So turn off your wifi/put it on airplane mode, and open the game. If you have a ton of decorations in your town, try taking some of those out, or just wait until the game loads and then turn the wifi back on/airplane mode off. That seems to fix the issue for me, most of the time!

Thanks Snapdragon but I think the update broke my game. I can't even get it to load in airplane mode. It looks like I will have to delete and reinstall.

Holy poo....that mine cart total is crazy!  I can typically average 5,000 a run (fluttershy has the 30% bonus outfit).  But even at 25,000 every 5 hours...I don't know if I can make 300,000 in three days!  What are they thinking???

I'm not so worried about the 100 potion bottle thingies.  Those add up pretty quickly.  But I only have 2 sewing machines or the 20 required.  My ponies just aren't dropping them!

I wish they would increase the chances of getting the drop items if your ponies have a higher number stars.  I stopped trying to level my ponies up, but that would make me play the ball/Apple/star games agin.

...and this is why I try to make it a rule to not pay gems to do the balloon pops. I fell victim of the "lucky time x10" for the new pony for the quest.  I hate this game.  So rigged.  I have spent over a couple THOUSAND in gems and only got a couple of the exclusive ponies crossed off my list. *facepalm* 26 gems down the drain.

Ughhh, so typical! I feel you! I'm trying to resist the urge too, and gonna save my gems for when/if they do that EXTREME discount event again - when it was like 5 gems for the normally-20 gem pop.

Speaking of, does anyone remember when the 50-gem pop first came out, and they said "NEW! LIMITED ONLY!" and it's still here...?

Yup.  Lost a couple hundred gems to that promo too.  And still no Flurry Heart.
