You EAT the wrapper. It's made out of rice but you can freak out people if they dont know that

I've had these. Or something like them. Thy tasted like vanilla chews and I found the rice paper didn't add to it at all. It's rare for me not to like a texture but I guess paper texture doesn't do it for me.

As much as I like the actual candy bit in these, the rice wrapper tastes like a plastic wrapper. That was what really made me not willing to eat mine.

surprisingly, I don't go out of my way for chocolate. I like fruit-flavoured stuff though!

ETA: I once ordered some candies from Japan and I have to say I love Konpeito. These things are addictive!

No problem. J-Box carries them and they have several different ways to buy them such as in decorative boxes, the regular bags or in candy bentos.

I didn't see any on World Market's website, sadly. You all are making me want to order some candy from J-Box.

They are actually tiny little hard candies. ^_^ I would say they're fruity, but their flavor is what I would describe as very "light". I like that a lot about them, the flavor isn't so in-your-face as it is in most American candies.

I just got a box today for Something i bought online.  It was very light!  I opened it to find lots of plastic balloon pillows and a bubbled wrapped object. It was a bow.  A soft, sturdy, not fragile, bow.  It could have been sent in a bubble mailer or even in an envelope. Lol!

Mkia, those are hard candies actually. They remind me of the texture of nerds if you suck on them a while. They even crunch apart like nerds do.

Yes, um...and yes lol.  I love chocolate...and toffee.  Oh and Kinder chocolate, especially cocoa Happy Hippos, and....Bueno.   I am so hitting up that World Market when I go back to FoCo.  There is a foreign market at one of our malls that sells this kind of stuff so I am not completely cut off.  The selection is a little small though and I think a lot of the stuff ends up being outdated before it all gets sold.  I buy the Kinder candy anyway.  Don't get between me and those cocoa Happy Hippos or someone may get hurt.  Oh and Cadbury Mini Eggs and mini crème eggs at Easter.

Did you like the toffee chocolate that was in your box? :]. I stopped by Cerretas yesterday and got some chocolate. I love their dark chocolate.
