Facebook - help please?

Somehow I accidentally changed my language settings to something foreign (Spanish?) and now I can't read the prompts to change it back.  I have asked my FB friends but I still can't seem to find the 'language' function.  Can anybody here please help??  This is doing my head in

Under settings or Configuración go to Idioma. In the first one where it says Espanol, change it to English and click Guardar cambios. If you need more help I can probably help.

Hmm, still stuck.  I think I am close thanks to terabithianprince but I can't find the words he mentions.  Maybe I'm not is Spanish?  My settings read Sobre, Amigos, Fotos and Mais.

ETA:  Got it! I'm back in English.  What a relief

Well, the first 3 are words in Spanish but the last one isn't. Hmmmmm...... Translator says they are all words in Portuguese; "About, Friends, Photos and More". Congrats on getting back to English!
