So far it looks like the DD/AJ problem was more their mistake than mine. It looks like I ordered the right quantities, but they failed to tell me there weren't enough, and just changed the order quantity without telling me (unlike with Octavia/Holly Dash where they first told me there weren't enough, and then there was enough). The surplus funds ended up going to cover part of the shipping costs, so it's not like that money was refunded and I can just pay everyone back...

What it looks like I'll need to do is charge everyone again for the shipping from China (because part of it was paid for with the money some people paid to get Fashion Styles that didn't end up on the order, so I didn't charge everyone enough in the first place) and then I can either put in another order to get them, or refund a few people. I did intend to put in another order for more fakie blindbags anyway, so I wouldn't mind putting in the new order to fix the problem. It would just take that much longer to get it all.

I'm just a little frustrated this is coming up now. If they had SAID something to me before the order was finished I could have addressed it then...

The maximum number of orders I can fill completely with what's been sent is 2 - teresat and maycrestmom would be the best choices since that combination of orders has 3 DD and 1 AJ (1 of each for maycrestmom and 2 DD for teresat). That would leave Callista11, Lorelei Redfern, Melodia, mlpony93, Salli, and Truly with unfilled orders.

I could do a new order, but the old listings are now at ¥180.00 instead of ¥150.00 like they were before - and that's assuming they actually HAVE more of them. We could also try to find new listings at a price similar to the old one, but I didn't see any when I looked.

Alternately, we can do some refunds. Once I distribute everything properly, I should have a surplus to refund you with once everyone pays the proper amount for their shipping from China, since obviously I undercharged. If we just do refunds, I think it would be best to send 1 DD to teresat instead of 2, so that Callista11 can at least get 1. Then they would both be refunded for their 2nd DD. And then instead of automatically sending the one AJ to maycrestmom, we can do a lottery or something.

Well, for those of you affected, think it over and let me know where you are on it. Everyone else, expect to have more shipping from China added to your final shipping total, since apparently I messed that up.

Since that seems most agreeable to you guys, I'm going with 1 DD each for the people who ordered it, and drawing a name for the AJ. Everyone else will get refunds.

The pictures, though, are amazing! Compared to the brushable size, the G4zillas are enormous.

I'm weighing everyone's packages right now and getting shipping totals. Everyone's going to end up paying more for their shipping from China, too, since I grossly undercalculated that. But once everyone pays what's due, I'll be able to refund the people who missed out on DD/AJ. I want to get messages out quickly enough to be able to bring some stuff to the post office tonight, which gives me less than 5 hours, so we'll see what I can pull off.

argh, I thought there was a way to do it for the whole column. I keep track of some stuff at work with an excel sheet, but I'm really an amateur with the program. but I have a list of 40 numbers sometimes, and I know I don't go in one by one. :/ Sorry I can't be more helpful.
