Customs / Re: Time Travel Swap (FINAL check-ins: due Jan 19)
« on: January 14, 2013, 09:30:49 PM »
Finished rehairing tonight. I just have to let the glue dry and then I can style it (which will hopefully work!).

I'm been having some problems with working on this custom lately. My depression is acting up, and I just haven't been able to do anything. Nonetheless, the plan is style tomorrow, and finish the accessories Wednesday. Then I'll be done.

I'm going to have to send my pics tomorrow, since I'm currently at the wrong house. Pony is painted and just waiting on hair, though (which will hopefully be arriving in the mail soon).

My pony would be high class, mainly because it would give her the freedom to move around, while giving her the money to do so comfortably.

I'm not a fan of sculpted hair, but that could be because I'm horrible at making it. I don't mind sculpting clothing or accessories.

I...have no idea when I'd go back to. I'd be more interested in going to the future!

Whatever works best for the theme. I'm not too picky about type.

Alright, I have a plan! I finally decided which time period to do and I'm going to start this weekend. If everything goes well I should be done the pony pretty quickly, but the extra might take a while.

1. If you picked a doctor who theme, would you want either a hasbro pony in relation to that them, or your ponysona in relation to the Doctor who theme? Like a Doctor Whoized pony of your choosing? (if you're okay with this who is your pony of choice be it ponysona or hasbro?)

I don't think I picked anything theme-like, but if I did then I'd prefer an original pony over Hasbro.

2. Are your preferences in order or random?

Randomish. I thought of them in that order, so that's probably my preference.

3. do you have specific pony poses you'd want or are you pretty much good with whatever I might choose?

Nothing specific.

4. Are you good with a pony being cut up (not gory like a zombie) but cut up and reshaped to fit the theme or would you rather have it a whole non reposed/reshaped pony?

Go ahead!

I love anything sour and pretty much anything chocolate, except mint.

I haven't started the pony beyond planning, but hopefully I'll have time tomorrow to get some actual work done.

1. Nope, my list was in no order whatsoever.
2. As long at the basic outline and idea is the same, go ahead!

Ugh, I'm still trying to decide between two time periods. One would be beautiful and I know I can do it, but the other would be more interesting if I could get it to work (and that's a big IF). I just don't know which one to do!

LOL! Totally the first time... Speaking Tardis... I think River Song and Captain Jack had the idea when it comes to the wrist gadget. Small and portable and you don't have to find a place to park it. ;)

You know, I was going to say TARDIS, but I think you're right. Small portable wrist thing would be my choice. That way you won't have to get back to it (or lose it, I just finished watching The Impossible Planet where the TARDIS falls down a crater).

Where wouldn't I want my pony to go? Hmmm....I'm not really sure. I guess 70s or 80s America would be on that list. Depression era too. I'm pretty much a fan of everything else, some just more than others.

Can't wait to see what time periods my partner picked!
