Thats pretty normal. A lot of Amazon sellers will price high on items which are no longer in stock with other retailers and no longer manufactured. They probably just use the same rule of thumb on G3 as they do with a lot of other products.
I've seen Monster High dolls do that before now i just pretend the price hasn't burned my eyeballs off and carry on looking

I sell on Amazon as well as eBay...and sometimes I put outrageous prices on things just, well, because...I know I have a couple items listed that I'm not exactly interested in selling, but if someone wants to give me $50, sure! Why not?I'm much more serious when it comes to eBay.
