The version that came with the DVD, treasure chest, and accessories recently sold for $5.99 (plus around $10 shipping).

25th Anniversary edition that had 3D symbols and came with magic wand also sold for $5.99 (plus around $5 shipping).

Going by this, I would say $5.99 plus actual shipping costs.  Or, if you're including shipping: $15 (i.e. trade value)

More if you have the Fashion Style size.

I agree with Spiffy - most of her MIB versions are around the $6 mark.
