Who is your favourite G1 Rainbow pony?

I picked Moonstone because she was my first pony ever. I had a problem choosing between her and Parasol, who was my second pony. For the last couple of months I've had Parasol on display and I just really love those glittery umbrellas. They're even more beautiful when you look at her alone. However, I had to pick Moonstone because she was my first pony (the nostalgia) and because she is a unicorn.

The pony I found unobtainable as a child was Starshine. I don't think I ever saw her in the shops, only on the box art, I thought she was gorgeous. I haven't gotten around to buying her as an adult and I don't know if I will.

After reading all these answers, I'm still sticking with Windy, but Sunlight is a close second because when I started collecting again as an adult two years ago, the first new ponies I bought were Sunlight and Sundance.

Also, I like to think of Parasol and Sunlight as the "daytime" sisters to Raindrop and Nightlight, respectively. I don't know if that's how they were designed, but it fits so well!

Windy!   I picked her first at the store (and Starshine second). I think even now I would still choose her first.  She is a unicorn. She is purple but not a bright girly purple.  She is a little dusty colored.  And I liked the wind symbol a lot.

Anyone who knows me on here knows that Windy is not only my favourite Rainbow pony, but one of my favourite G1s in general.  I love rainbows, purple, and unicorns, so she is tops in my book! 

Second fave is Parasol.

I vote Windy!  Mine hasn't faded, yet. But when I found her at a Goodwill, I thought she was a reproduction!  Turns out she was near mint AND the original!


Did I mention she was my first Rainbow Unicorn pony?    She's so lovely~
