I would like to visit Ancient Egypt during Hatshepsut's reign. Female pharaoh, ftw.

Okie - my bait is airbrushed & I'm diligently sculpting & ...at least *trying* to sew sth... hope everything works how I want it to be...

If I went back to the Medieval times I'd have to invent plumbing. And hygiene. And gas masks.

lol ^^ I think I still would like to live in a medieval castle from the High Middle Ages - we have one not far away that I imagine would have been a cosy place to live ^^. I'm there from time to time for concerts etc. http://www.waescherschloss.de/index.php/startmenue/geschichte

I think I'd go back to the 40s/50s. Because I know how the war would end, but I still think it would be exciting.

I would go back the very bare minimum of 40 years I think. I'm personally very attached to heating, plumbing, cooking appliances and TV, so I'd be hopeless in the past!! I find certin periods of history very interesting, but I wouldn't want to live through them!

Yes, but you would be rich! You would pay other people to cook/clean/start fires ;) And you could hire jesters and minstrels to your hearts content! XD I hear ya on the plumbing, though. Best. Invention. Ever. I could be wrong but I think some places/periods in Ancient Rome (and maybe Egypt/China?) had some plumbing. I know the fortress of Masada has this awesome bathhouse with a fascinating design so they can't have been the only ones. Just because my ancestors were technologically impaired doesn't mean everyone was. Egyptians and the Chinese had amazing medicine. I've seen x-rays of mummified people who had had some serious bone-replacement (joints) well before their deaths.

STILL sculpting... Haven't gotten much done since the last check in, between some things that happened this past weekend (Fun things) and getting my training for my new job, I'm surprised I can even type! XD  With hope this weekend (I have four days off) I will sit down an do more!

My first sculpt was a success!  Even if it IS hugely simple.  LOL  And it's not the best, but hey, it looks like what I wanted it to look like, so I am happy.

Hyena: YAY!! I am always so thrilled (and slightly surprised) when my projects do what I wanted them to XD I can't wait to see! :D

Alatariel: I HATE waiting for hair! Someone needs to invent teleportation. I mean, it's almost 2013 for crying out loud. Wouldn't it be nice to just pop over to a hair supply store and pop back as needed?

Kimmers: It's understandable, it's the HOLIDAYS (dun, dun, dun....) the week after Thanksgiving (kids back in school) should see more pony work around here :D
