Toys 'r Us, Target, Wal-mart , and online.
If youre lucky enough you can find ponies at flea markets, Conventions or even at carnival games.
I won a Fashion Style Applejack at a Bazaar game. You just got to be lucky.

I saw sweetsong at Walmart. She came with another pony though but i can't remember who.

Sweet song is still at my Targets.

I've only seen Ploomette once recently - she's a n older wave, so she's going to be a little harder to find.

I think the last time I saw Ploomette was at a Walmart I believe.

The Sweetsong set should certainly still be in stores but as others have said Ploomette is an older glimmer wings release, the wave prior to the currently stocked Fluttershy & Daisy Dreams so you would need to find a retailer on line or in real life who still has older stock for her.
