I'm a relatively new pony fan, getting into it with the new wave of bronies. Anyways, I'm mostly here for an opportunity to buy your old, non-mint ponies for custom bait. I've been interested in the idea of custom-making ponies since before G4, but only now have I seriously decided to give it a try. I don't expect to do near as amazing the work as I've seen others do. I just want to try my hand at it because it looks fun.


Anyways, I'm mostly a lurker, so I probably won't post much, but I am very much interested in checking out the methods and techniques of custom-makers. I also really like looking at the finished works. It's amazing how creative people get!


On the personal side, I'm female, college student, hard-core nerd, the usual.

It's amazing some of the beautiful customs that are out there, isn't it?  I am never ceased to be blown away by some of the gorgeous creations that people post here in our custom forum.  I wish you luck with your work and would love to see some of it in the future

*Brohoof* Glad to see more new customizers! I'm new here too, and recently obsessed with customs. FiM is totally to blame, though I prefer the G3 ponies for bait. Post pics when you have some done! There are great tutorials listed on the custom forums so check 'em out.


Who are your favourite ponies? I love Rainbow Dash from FiM, and the old school G1 unicorns most.
