Not sure what the store was here, but I couldnt leave poor Bowtie hanging.
Tailless, dirty, and tortured. I am wondering if she should just be for the bait pile or if anyone has any rescue/restore suggestions.

Customs / Custom Rehair Sundance and baby

Offering up one of my first custom rehairs.
This is a TAF Sundance and BBE baby Sundance rehaired with a blend of tea rose and heartthrob from dollyhair.com.
The ponies themselves are not perfect, but pretty enough to display. Baby has some rust still in her eyes, no matter what I use I cant get it completely gone. Mom has a bit off her NDS ear but its hidden well by her roses.
The roses and ribbons are held in by pearl headed straight pins in a hair plug.
I would like to get $25 plus shipping for the pair. They would make a cute and whimiscal addition to any collection.

Help! My customs are melting. Ive been moving and all my ponies have been in storage for about 2 weeks. Ive just got to unpacking them and i have one thats got a face that reminds me of Meryle Streep at the end of "Death Becomes Her" its a personal custom but Im more upset at my fakie carosel project. Shes not done but Ive already had started the rehair.
Im using acrylic paint and hotglue. Im dying.  :cry:

Introductions / Hello from Idaho

Good evening everyone.
My name is MissGodiva and Ive been a pony lover from the beginning.
I was so excited in the early 2000s when they rebooted MLP with the G3s. My daughter was the right age to excuse my over buying.
She is now 15 and we enjoy collecting G4 together.
Recently, I have gotten back into G1 collecting. Probobly for the same reason most of us do, to reclaim my childhood collection. I do some buying, selling and trading in all gens though.
I have also started trying my hand at customs. My therapist thinks restoring and customs is a good hobby for me.
I am a bit displaced at the moment and living with my MiL. So I may be a hit slow on things until I get my self back in the saddle, as it were.

Anyhoo.... I have a teenage daughter, a hubby, who suprisingly is very tolerant of my pony insanity, four dogs ( Buckshot, Muskett, Mei Mei, and Rose Tyler), and one cat, Malek.
My hubby is a former Marine, and now works with the mentally disabled. I am no longer able to work so I stay home. I love anything vintage and when I can I try to get to markets and swap meets. I am addicted to thrift stores and craigslist.
Basically, I am that one crazy aunt that everyone cant help but love.
Thanks for accepting me here. Should be interesting.
