Eggs!

Stomper hasn't eaten eggs for a couple years. I gave them up in an elimination diet for health reasons and found out I cannot reintroduce them yet. I might try again someday, but for now, I'll have to live vicariously through you.

Vegetarians and vegans, apologies in advance. Maybe chocolate eggs are okay for you to eat? Especially chocolate Easter eggs? (Anyway, I'll try to do another food poll that is more veg-friendly later on. I remember the fun we had with the French fry poll from a few months ago.)

One of my favorite things to do with eggs, before I gave up wheat, was to make grilled cheese sandwiches that had scrambled eggs and a slice of ham. I also liked making other kinds of breakfast sandwiches.

In the period of time where I didn't eat wheat but still ate eggs, I liked making pizza omelets. It was the fastest way I could whip up something pizza-esque for myself. I also loved the classic scrambled eggs especially if bacon or sausage was involved. And salsa. Definitely salsa. Mr. Stomper would always "ruin" his eggs with ketchup.

If you have a culturally unique way to enjoy eggs, I'd love to hear about that too. I added huevos rancheros because you'd see that on the menu in an AZ restaurant. Pretty tasty.

Oh no...no no no.  I do not do eggs of any shape or form.  They make me nauseous.  *sigh*  hubby says I'm missing out, but I'm perfectly fine being the odd duck out thank you.

I was anti-egg for a long time. They grossed me out. I'm not sure when that changed but I came around to them. Then when I decided to go strict vegetarian, I went about it in the wrong way and ended up in trouble, I started eating eggs and fish again. So now I'm an ovo-pescetarian 

Scrambled is how I make them usually, but I like them all kinds of ways. I really like to get fresh eggs from local farmers when I can. I miss when I could just get some from the neighbor, but I moved and we can't have them here. I would like to keep my own hens someday

Vegetarian here, but I've got my own flock of laying hens and LOVE LOVE LOVE eggs!  They're such a phenomenal protein source, especially for someone that doesn't get protein from meat sources.  If it weren't for their relatively high selenium content, I could probably live off eggs for a quite some time

Don't eat eggs. Vegetarian (not quite vegan -- I do consume some dairy). But chocolate eggs are okay, if not the healthiest thing in the world!

Your mention of salsa makes me want to go make a quesadilla (however you spell that!) now!

Edit: In my early vegetarian days I made omelets quite frequently, though.

I've grown to like eggs more and more as I've gotten older.  I most commonly eat scrambled eggs or fried eggs with a bit of cheese melted on top (on a sandwich or paired with breakfast meats or whatever else I have on hand).  I do enjoy omelets in the summer when I have plenty of fresh veggies to add.

I'm a big fan of adding hard boiled eggs in salads.

I have a couple laying hens, but I don't really eat a lot of eggs. I sell most of what they lay. However, when I do eat eggs, it is usually for breakfast in the form of an omelette, scrambled, soft boiled, etc. Once in a rare while I will devil or salad them.

Scramble are my favorite for breakfast, but I love me some omelets too.  Quiche is yummy yummy and deviled eggs are perfect for picnics and cookouts (which I attend a lot of in the summer, so I tend to be the one bringing the deviled eggs).

Hard boiled eggs are good too, especially in salads.  My only problem with eggs is... well...

My favourite is fried (specifically over-hard), but also enjoy omlets, scrambled, hard-boiled, egg salad, and deviled. Of course chocolate/candy is good too

While my favorite eggs are eggs benedict, I also like eggs over easy with toast or eggs in a basket.

I lost my taste for eggs after I had my wisdom teeth out and I tried eating them when I had that bad bacteria taste in my mouth. nononoNONO. I can only eat eggs with ketchup now because of that

I love cream eggs, they are just so good, I also like egg rolls too.

My dad gives me eggs all the time! I'm always looking for creative ways to eat them.

My favorite has always been over easy-- either with toast or on rice. (Or bibimbap, haha). If I'm not eating bread/rice--- I'll mix the egg whites with shredded zucchini and make a little pancake. Then I'll add the egg yolk on top.

I also love adding eggs in things like ramen or budae jjigae (sp?!?). An egg can make a good dish great.

I only eat omelets with interesting ingredients. My last two were curried cauliflower and kimchi+chili oil.

One of my favorite dim sum items is steamed custard egg bun. My hubby likes the egg tarts I do too, just not as much as the buns!

Ooooh man, has anyone tried 1000 year egg *_* one day I might, but I'm scared of it!
