I used Gelous for a base coat and Out The Door for a top coat. I painted my nails on Friday and as of Tuesday night, they still look perfect.

I used Gelous for a base coat and Out The Door for a top coat. I painted my nails on Friday and as of Tuesday night, they still look perfect. I'm not using a base coat but I am using China Glaze Fast Forward top coat for the top coat. I thought I put the polish on too thick yesterday so I took off and had two coats of MLP polish and a top coat of Fast Forward. After a couple of hours the top coat weakened and started to flake off in large pieces taking the nail color underneath with it, Maybe I'm using the wrong type of top coat?Ponyfan
