Oh Sweetie, I'll tell you everything I know alone about her
My avvie as you can see are the Argie, Peru and Italian variants of her.
There is the regular US release which came as a part of the Rainbow Ponies set. ETA: Sadly I don't have the one with paint underneath her symbol
BUT! I have a comparison between a white one and a yellowed, poorly aged one and how it affects her symbols:

ETA:I hope it is visible as the sun has already set... the on the left is the one without the paint underneath - between the glitter you can see she's white underneath it and the one on the right has some glitter loss so you can see the paint from underneath:

There are two Italian variants - one with the regular hair - that I believe you have - and OOAK that now aniko has, with Mimic-like hair. That girl is drool-worthy and is part of oddball Italian Rainbows that had been found with the red streak of hair in their manes. willa, who found her took wonderful pic comparison of her and Mimic:

This is the painted-symbols version and as Lady Pinwheel mentioned above there is also a glittery-symbol version.
There are two Peru variants - a yellow and white girls, with different hair colors. I don't have that good pics of the white girl, but here is the yellow one:

I own two of her but sadly both have some issues and aren't very photogenic
I know someone has an almost mint one though as I remember seeing pics of her on FB... It might have been kitkatvintage's collection. She has one of the most awesome collections so if I remember correctly, it would be her. Try browsing her FB collection pics to find it...
ETA: here are the white Peru girls:

) with pink hair and blue haired one. There is the Paseo orange one, with green hair and 4 CP variants: orange with blue hair, green with blue hair (the same colors as the baby), white with blue hair and OOAK white with green hair. I have the two orange girls and the babies, so here they are:
