Holiday Swap $5 random box brag!

I didn't want to dig up the old Arena Holiday Swap thread. This is so awesome it deserves its own! I was in the $5 random swap but never got a box. It was my first ever swap so I was a little disappointed. Then the wonderful kiwimlp offered to send me a replacement box! It came at the perfect time. The last two months have been incredibly hard, so this was a little ray of sunshine for me today. Yay!


I opened the box and saw all of this. Seriously, kiwimlp went totally overboard and spoiled me rotten!!!

Here's everything! The fun little toys are from kiwimlp's brother. I love cute little things and they are so New Zealand! Say thanks to your brother! They're hanging out on my desk. And look the Hello Kitties. I didn't have any of these and they've joined my ever growing HK collection. Love them! I also love accesssories and kiwimlp was kind enough to send me some baby accessories and my first star comb. She must have been spying on me somehow because I didn't have any of these. And she also sent me GLORY! I couldn't believe it. My number one want. Glory has the best symbols and hair and is so white and I could just go on and on. And SHADY! My baby Shady mini army finally has a mama. She's my first so soft and the flocking is so nice and thick with no rubs on hooves or ears even. Like I said kiwimlp must have been spying on me. And I also got a sticker pad I'd never seen before (I love pony stickers).

Oh wow! I'm so pleased you liked the box.  How funny that everything fits in with your collection so well.  Love the pic of all of your Shady's.  That is practically the start of an army.    I
 looked around for Glory or Shady's comb to add to the box but sadly I didn't have either.  At least you might be able to use the others.  I'm glad you liked the little parcels from my brother.  Really, I have no idea what he put in them!  I just came back from up the road to find them added to the box.  Oh, it was him who supplied the Hello Kitty figures too    You were quite easy to buy for because we had similar tastes.  I'm so happy the box arrived safely and that you like it

Thanks everyone! When my daughter got home from school she had a blast playing with all the little toys. Especially the alligator chasing the guy. That thing is hilarious! I know Shady isn't the most popular pony but I've always loved her. I'm so happy to finally have mama Shady. And Glory is my favorite now! I just adore her.

Kiwi, you're an angel!  What a wonderful person you are for making up for a missing swap box.  Clearly the stuff you sent was way more than $5!!  The kindness and generosity here at the Arena is inspiring!
What beautiful ponies and I'm glad they made you smile.  I'm sorry the last few months have been tough.  Funny how ponies have a way of making you feel better!!
