Ebay seller poniesandpetals

So, a week ago I won both Sticky and and Sniffles (separate auctions) from poniesandpetals. Since they offer combined shipping, I sent a message requesting an updated invoice. I got no response back. I have since sent another message and still have not received an answer.

Their feedback on ebay is great, so it didn't occur to me to check here, but now I see there have been some problems with this seller before.

What do I do now? I guess contact ebay? But even if they do finally send an invoice, I'm almost hesitant to even go through with the transaction. But I really wanted those babies. They were to be a gift for a dear friend who has been through hell the past year, and is still recovering.

I would say you probably won't get your combined shipping. I know a few sellers will refund combined shipping after payment. But if they are ignoring your messages, that doesn't speak well for them. Instead of just messages you can also send an invoice request and I would send one.

This seller is known to hide problems with their items as a reseller. So I am actually not surprised that they may be ignoring you. If you do go through with sale, be sure to leave appropriate feedback.

Yep this seller is kind of infamous but it's hit or miss with her really. I've bought from her a few times with no problems though lots of people have had issues. I would also request an invoice.

I got my rumpus chewed for paying before she could send the combined invoice.  She refunded a bit of the overage.  So, hear about it for not paying, or hear about it for paying?  Six of one/half a dozen of the other...

I would go ahead and request a new invoice too.  How she responds and what condition the ponies really are in is hit 'n'  miss as has been mentioned but at least you  are trying to complete the sale   . You'd think after a week she would be checking her messages or contacting you about why you haven't paid   If she says she offers combined shipping then she should honor that.  If she still doesn't respond, give ebay a quick call just so they know what's going on (why you didn't pay yet and that the seller says she combines shipping but she hasn't been communicating)- they may give you some more advice, they may contact the seller for you, but even if they don't at leas they will know about the situation if the seller kicks up a fuss later on

Well, I'm gonna hop on the website and request an invoice. As far as I can tell, the eBay app (which is what I usually use for ebaying) doesn't have a way to do this, hence the messaging.

If I get an invoice, I will go through with the transaction, but if those babies aren't in the condition they're said to be, I will raise hell.

Yeah I have seen her ponies now and then for auction but I don't feel comfortable from buying from her.  Even after hearing so many people having problems from her.

UPDATE: I have received an invoice, and payed. They sent a message saying they had been in the hospital, and apologized profusely for the delay. *shrug* I still probably won't buy from them again.

*EDIT* I realized I should clarify - it's not that I don't have sympathy for someone who's been ill or injured, it's just that it's very easy (and quite common) for someone to say they've been in hospital in order to get out of trouble. And after learning all the other issues people have had with her, I'm not comfortable buying from her again.

Thanks for the update   I know what you mean about people making excuses - sometimes its true, sometimes its just to get themselves out of trouble with buyers...and its hard to know which one it is , especially with a seller like this one 
I hope your ponies will turn out to be as described , please let us know how it goes
