Grilled tomato and cheese?

I almost always put tomato slices on my grilled cheese, and sometimes some tuna too.

I LOVE tomatoes on grilled cheese (and mushroom slices too, actually)!  Cherry and roma tomatoes, I think, are best because they get really sweet!
