weird animals?????? anyone

So recently I have come to realise that the animals in my life are all currently going round the twist..... And they are not afraid to show it in public. For example this is Caddy he is my friends welsh pony... I mean I might be wrong but after 20 years around horses I find that this behaviour is definitely NOT covered in the BHS manual

Yep.  Part Siamese who likes to play fetch with socks, Barbie clothes, twist ties, last week a screwdriver.  When done she drops them in the water dish.  Her little "sister" walks around with Legos in her mouth.  Just matter of factly.

My cat, has been odd since the jump. Not bad just that's how he is. He acts more like a guard dog, running to various windows. When someone comes to the front door. He growls and grumbles when mad.

horse - ate everything! dog and cat food, Timbits (aka donut holes), tea, tried to get at shrimp sauce before we caught him
bunnies - they are just themselves
birds - very "bird brained" haha

I have a bunny friend who had a previous bunny that liked chicken! He apparently would harass and boss her until he got a bite of chicken nugget (or the whole thing if he could).

My long gone cat used to love m&m's, and toast with vegemite. And cheese twisties! My current cat is not normal - is there such a thing? I came home from work one day to find a bowl of cherries strewn over the floor, half eaten... My sisters cat, well he's a timid little thing, won't let anyone near him. Then her ex comes to pick up their son, and we pretty much tell the ex and the cat to get a room. It's disgusting!!

Our white german shepherd is facinated by laundry. And not dirty laundry (that I could understand with dogs liking smelly things...)   He loves clean laundry. He will stick his face into the dryer if you don't catch him in time, and "shop".  He will pick what he wants and run off with it! LOL

She also goes for a run for at least an hour a day on what is essentially a giant hamster wheel for cats...

Normal pets? Do they exist? I have a cat and two mice lol. My cat is far from normal and my mice definately have some odd behaviors as well.

I had a mouse not to long ago (passed away) that was not afraid of the cat and would actually run right up to her, yank her whiskers with her tiny mouse paws then bite my cat on the lip and run away like some odd game. My cat would just sit there in disbeleif. The same mouse would also try to attack the cat through the bars of her cage lol. Her name was Dora aka Kung Fu Mouse.

I have had many pets in my life since I was a baby up until now and I am 33. I can't recall any of them being normal lol. I think that is what makes them fun, getting to know their quirks and ticks.

Someone once told me that animals are not capable of showing personality. WHAT!!!! My thoughts are they never had a pet.

My dad's dog likes to try to play fetch, but he always wants to play with 2 inch long twigs.  He's a German Shepherd mix, so the sticks aren't even as wide as his mouth.  He also likes to play with tennis balls, but has to carry around two at the same time, so that while you throw one, he can still chew the other I guess
