Egmont Rarity Fashion Set Mannequin?

I admire the Egmont Magazine figures, gosh I wish we could get them here in Australia. Out of all of them my favourite is the Rarity Fashion Set Mannequin. I was hoping this one would pop up on ebay like all the other characters have at some point or another, but I have never seen one for sale.

Can anyone tell me if they were rarer than the others, or never officially released or something?

I think the Mannequin is pretty much identical to the the one that comes in the Booktique playset, but I never bought it because there were more accessories than I care for (just wanted the Mannequin) and gosh it was expensive here in Aus. That's why I was so excited to see the Magazine figure, and so upset to never find one for sale.

The figures come free with a MLP Magazine available in the UK. You can get some characters on eBay but the hunt for this Mannequin seems like a tough one.
Such a shame because there's plenty of us here that would love one. I'm hoping a UK collector might pop in and shed some more light on them for us.

I asked an eBay seller who has a decent amount of new and old figures for sale and they said they themselves were upset to have never found this magazine figure released in Poland. So it sounds like it might have had a smaller release than the rest, which I've heard are UK/Europe... if it were ever released at all. Does a single collector even have proof that they bought one with the magazine in store?

It exists    It came with issue #55.   A very good friend of mine was kind enough to pick it up for me in the UK.
