So when we buy the totally awesome Shining Armor (it's so hard not to spell it Armour) and Princess Cadence set from Target, Shining Armor comes out looking like this.

The actual plan; I decided to use my idea with rubber bands and paper towels to hold it down, but instead of just rinsing it, I was going to pour boiling water over his hair, and this worked! Lookit! He's so suave!

STEP THE FIRST; Give his hair a wash with some conditioner, while it's wet take a rat tail comb and split the front part of his down the middle. I didn't get a picture of this because I'm a bad person, sorry, but it's pretty self explanatory.
This step might not be necessary, but I did it protect his eye decals from having boiling water directly poured on them. I folded a piece of foil in a paper towel and wrapped it around his head, and kept his hair on top of it.

Here's the happy couple;

Also I'm on a new monitor that I haven't yet calibrated, so if the pictures are dark or bright or oversaturated, my bad.
