Hi everyone!  I'm Isabeau.  I've been reading this forum for a while and decided I should probably just start an account. 

My pony love started when I was a little girl during the G1 era.  My sister and I used to love MLP and we had quite a few of them.  Unfortunately, I couldn't forsee myself becoming a collector and I allowed my mom to get rid of my ponies.  :( 

I got into pony collecting in 2005, during my first year of college.  My introduction was actually with customs.  I saw some beautiful work online and decided I wanted to try it, too.  I started with G3, but that eventually just led me to start collecting older gens as well (including my favorites, the Big Brothers).  XD 

I am, of course, a huge fan of Friendship is Magic.  My favorite pony is Fluttershy, because we are so much alike. 

I'm excited to meet you all and hope to have fun talking about ponies.  :D

Ah!  That's where my user name comes from!  The Witches of Eileanan is my favorite book series.  I use Isabeau or Isabeau the red for pretty much all of my user names.  Kate even tweeted me back saying she liked my user name!
