If it's the one I'm thinking of, this is what Care Bear collectors consider a "maverick" bear.  It was probably made in the same factory as Care Bears but features larger ears, and isn't an official Care Bear:

Care Bear prices are all over the map.  The market for vintage Care Bears collapsed about ten years ago and since then it's become rather hard to estimate what any particular piece is worth.  Last I checked (but it's been years) mavericks traded in the $40-50 range.  Some are worth more, some less.  Sorry for the rather vague answer but value has never been my forte I'm afraid.
