Hi, I'm Abbie from Sydney Australia.

I'm new to the My Little Pony collecting scene but I had heaps when I was little and the nostalgia bug has gripped me. I mainly collect Vintage Fisher price toys and Fisher Price Little People but I became interested in Ponies again after my sister started collecting.

I quite like the idea that they can be restored to their former glory, with a little bit of hair and love. And being a mad crafter that really appealed to me.

I hope that this new obsession isn't going to consume me.

I love the memories the G1 ponies have for me too.  I haven't met anyone who collects the FP Little People before but I am sure there are others like you out there (and maybe here if you ask in Off Topic).  I hope you enjoy the forums and meet lots of fantastic people here :frolic:

Welcome Abbie! There's also a great Facebook group - mlp Australia and NZ collectors.  Good for sales, swaps, and general good humour.
