I stopped watching right before Christmas when they took a little break. I forgot it wasn't over yet because I honestly was starting to get bored. This season really disappointed me.

I do not drink tea, but hot chocolate, stationary gift, and fuzzy socks yes!

I'm doing ok. Still having a rough time finding things my partner likes but I purchased the main gift. It needs to arrive in the mail..

Questions:

Do you like bath stuff such as soaps, lotions, gels, etc?
I do, but no bath bombs or fizzies since I don't use those.

What scents do you prefer? (If you like scented anything.)
I'm pretty open to whatever.. the only scents I dislike are flowery ones. I love fruits, clean linens, vanilla, and seasonal ones.

How do you feel about MIB vs deboxed for your collection items, partner?
Either is fine!

Do you have any pets? Would you want any small gifts for them?
I have a border collie who loves absolutely everything.

And I found two items for my partner.  ^.^ But both are over the budget and I can only get one. Hmmmm...

If you guys find those gift bags that look like paper lunch sacks, they are great for cutting up carefully to have little square sheets of paper for wrapping.

Wow, I am having trouble. I just hope I can find something from my partner's interests. I guess I have to search online.

I'm a pain in the butt, lol. But yay time to shop!

Would you mind receiving home-made clothing for any of your ponies/dolls from your collections or would you prefer stock pieces?
My ponies only wear clothes if they come with it in the package.

Partner do you wear jewellery,?earrings? - do you have pierced ears?
Yes, fun bracelets of all sorts! I do have pierced ears, but rarely wear earrings. So no on the earrings unless it's something I might just NEED to have.

Would you be interested in a foreign language book pertaining to any of your collections?
I'm not sure? Depends on the book. Like a children's story book, probably not. But I might enjoy something that's really unique.

Favorite color: Red as first choice, but I also like orange and yellow. (Or pink if it's a wearable accessory.)

Favorite animal: Dogs!

Favorite valentine's theme (ex: hearts, couples, kisses, etc): Anything goes. I really like cute little animals or monster themes, but the general hearts and xoxo stuff is cool too.

Candy that you like/dislike (please note any allergies!): I dislike sour candy, gummies, and black licorice. Favorite is anything chocolate (dark and milk). I like raspberry flavors and truffles and creams. I will try anything that looks yummy or different. I'd love anything unique to my partner's area!

What do you collect? Anything you are currently looking for? (ex: monster high, ponies, pokemon, Disney, etc): I am crazy about dog related items, such as things with paw prints or dog phrases. I don't really collect anything but I like skulls (not actual skulls but items with skulls on them) and I love The Lion King.

What would be good extras for you?: Any Valentine stuff, candy/snacks, jewelry, wax scents, lotions, whatever is cute and fun.

I had never seen an version of it before and only vaguely knew of the story. So I was extremely disappointed, not because it was a musical, but because it portrayed all the character badly. If I had known that I probably would have passed on it. Cinderella was an idiot, the prince was a bad guy, the songs were cheesy, etc. (What tale is the "baker" from anyway??) Not my cup of tea. I don't like spoofs of serious stories.

On the other hand, the new Cinderella looks really good..

I don't really have a bunch of people to buy gifts for and one idea I have is going to be an online purchase. I kind of enjoy shopping in holiday crowds though.

Off Topic / Re: What are you going to be for Halloween?
« on: September 22, 2014, 11:33:39 AM »
I haven't planned a costume for myself in years. I'd love to but unfortunately there isn't much for adults to do on Halloween except hang out at bars and that's not my thing. If I have a cool costume and nowhere to go I get depressed, which stinks because Halloween is my favorite holiday!
I dress up my dog instead and have a lot more fun doing things with him. There are a bunch of pet costume contests in my city and even a special trick or treating day just for dogs. Last year he was a monster and this year I want to do some kind of freak show/carnival side show theme. Still figuring it out.

Yeah, I don't think McD has had beanie babies in happy meals in many many years. That was weird. There was a little boy in front of me who got one and both him and his mother were like what is this! They didn't get a happy meal box either.

I thought about going to a different McD but it's cold and windy today and it was a farther walk. I think I'll try again in a few days when it's nicer out.
