Pony brand collabs- what do you desire?

I'm not a fan of collabs in general...I feel like it's a bit patronizing of them to try to capitalize on my nostalgia, but I do think it would be interesting to see an MLP/Glo Friends one as well. I always thought it was cool how a couple of the first tooth baby ponies came with a Glo Worm...I loved Glo Worms as a kid and was so excited when I saw that...never got one though

My first thought was Rainbow Bride, one of my all-time favorite characters.  Care Bears would be great as well.  They did a Disney Collaboration with ponies being sold at Disney and special accessories to choose, but I think it would be cool to have Disney-themed symbols.  I would enjoy seeing a Harry Potter collaboration, since it is such a great series.

Forgot to add- HOLY HELL- I would DIE if CLAMP and Hasbro collabed with Cardcaptor Sakura and MLP. Just high quality Yue with Princess Luna/ Cerberus with Celestia/ Sakura with Twilight figures of the highest quality. Mmm, yes. -chef kiss-

There is a Jem inspired pony in the Gameloft game and also a Sailor Moon inspired pony. The Jem pony is called Glitter pony and wears the Jemstar earrings  and a pony version of Jem’s signature dress. Magical Girl pony (Sailor Moon) wears a version of Sailor Moon’s outfit including the red things that are in Sailor Moon’s hair.

I think Rainbow Brite and MLP would be a good collaboration if done correctly.

Since Hasbro has already made Twister and Lite Brite ponies, a set of Candy Land themed ponies would be really cute, with each one based on a different character from the game.

Wow, so many possibilities!
Looking back at my childhood, I'll second (or third?) the Care Bears idea, and add The Land Before Time (not sure exactly how that would work) and Hello Kitty.  And yeah, the Glo Friends idea sounds pretty cool, too, I liked those as a kid but mostly just because they glowed in the dark and that was cool. 
As far as more modern brands...maybe MLP and Wild Kratts?  Ponies could have different animal themes or something like that.  Or, oh my, Paw Patrol...my friend's kids would be thrilled

My answer would be Disney princesses. They did it for G3 so maybe they could do an updated version with G4 or the mysterious G5

Honestly though, I am not at all impressed with the collabs Hasbro has done with MLP so far and have no hopes to be wowed in the future.  They are just way too lazy with this brand.

Another 80s toy line I'm in love with, but I feel like this collab would only work with the G1 ponies. You could do something like making the Rainbow Brite characters as ponies or have a TV special with the two franchises. Just an idea!

i would love to see this come to fruition as a 40th brand anniversary type thing. Just go all out with collabs and crossovers and releasing BFF nirvanas and prototype ponies. Really give the collectors something to get hyped about when celebrating this awesome brand. (And look forward to the 50th being even better). Probably wishful thinking, though.
