Pony Haul!

I scored a mega bundle on craigslist today! I came across a listing containing Paradise Estate, as well as other stuff, and knew I needed to jump on it 
So I wound up with: Paradise Estate, Perm Shoppe and a pile of ponies!
Its all pretty grubby, but I bought it off an older man, it was his daughters when she was young and had sat in his basement for over 20 years. Id appreciate any price info for the Perm Shoppe, as that will go up for sale at some point, along with the majority of the ponies. As well as info about which accessories actually went with PE or the shoppe so I can pair them properly.

As far as I can tell the structure is only missing the patio, the awnings, and 1 lantern (and of course lots accessories&furniture) Please correct me if I'm wrong, PE is very new to me.
I never imagined Id own one until literally yesterday when I came across the listing. And today its sprawled out all over my kitchen for a cleaning!

Cupcake's flocking is in great shape! I'll definitely try to clean her up, the other So Softs are more like deflocking candidates. Most of the ponies are pretty dirty, but I think they would clean up super nice! Im not sure if I should try to do a bulk cleaning, or just sell the lot of ones I dont keep as is. If the dirt comes off, they will be seriously nice ponies!

Awesome lot !!! Looks like you got some paradise estate furniture, in the last photo the three purple chairs, white chair, and purple stereo box go to it. (Two of the chairs are missing their legs) the snail rockers are accessories for newborn twins!
.....if you don't want the weird dino I would love to rehome her

The big pink thing is part of a twin stroller.  The pink pole thing with the heart goes to the perm shoppe.  You have a paradise estate fan blade through it!

Oh, the gold fakie is cabbage patch.

Looks great! I have some advice on cleaning them up if it's helpful: you could try rubbing the flocking under a hoof to see if its strong enough to be washed. If it stays put when you rub they should clean up ok, you could also try with cold water as this is less likely to wash off the flocking. I wouldn't bulk wash any of them as you want to avoid water getting in through the tail holes. Would be great to see before and after pics!

awesome lot!  That High Tide looks in good shape, too; she should bring you quite a bit if you sell her! 

The fan piece is part of the Perm Shoppe, the estate one are much bigger and more plain looking; the pink heart brush is from the Pretty Parlor, and the blue butterfly brush is SS Poseys, but the other brushes and that pink/purple thing with the ring are not pony items, I believe.

The gold fakie looks like it could be a Magic Meadow Pony brand, the Glitz n' Glamour unicorn named 'Sundance'.  Those were part of the Cabbage patch kids line so since they say Hasbro, non collectors think they're MLP a lot of times.

Amazing lot! Paradise Estate looks great!   Fantastic pony lot too. I dunno anything about the Perm Shoppe either. Congrats Solstice! So glad you went for it.

The dino is a My Magic Kissing Dragon ! They aren't worth much at all (I've seen them MIB for $5 or so) but I think they are fairly uncommon (cheap from low consumption) and like them a lot!
