The Hub's RAOPK (sort of)

Some backstory:

As you may know, The Hub (the channel that airs MLP:FiM) recently ran a costume contest on Facebook.  Anyone was allowed to submit a photo of themselves dressed as a character from one of their programs (including MLP).  I was so excited.  I had my husband take some new photos of my Princess Cadance costume (with in-progress wings) just to enter with.  I filled out the form and sent it in... but my entry never showed up in the voting.  My friends and my husband's photos were there, but mine wasn't.  When I tried to enter, something errored out.

I was devastated.  I had been so very excited about this contest and it looked like I wouldn't be able to enter at all.  So I clicked around on the error page and found my way to a Twitter account for the company who ran the programming end of the contest.  Looking at all of the tweets, I found a phone number, which I called.  I got a kind customer support guy who thanked me for reporting the error and said that I could forward my entry to him and he'd send it on to The Hub staff.  The contest submission period was over, but voting wouldn't happen for another day or two.

Sadly, the entry still never went though, and by this time, the voting was about to start.  I followed up with the guy and he told me that he sent the entry on, and there was nothing else he could do.  I was pretty bummed out.

But then, I got an email back from a rep at The Hub.  She apologized for my problems with entering, and even though I couldn't participate in the contest, she offered to send me a "Hub Gift Bag" as a way of saying "thanks for watching".  I gave her my address and said "I really like MLP".  This was about a week ago.

Today, this wonderful box arrived on my doorstep:

I never expected anything like this.  Hub staff is truly remarkable, and I am so very impressed.

Oh wow, that's really awesome! I can't believe they sent such a nice package for a computer glitch! Some companies would have been like "yeah, whatever." These guys sent goodies! Not just goodies, but super-awesome goodies! Props, Hasbro. major props.
