TRU Favorites Set! :D

Today, I went to TRU to get some ponies, and hopefully one for my friend. They didn't have Zecora, the one I was going to get fo her and me, so we ended uo getting her an itunes gift card instead.

Here's a list of what they had:

-Twilight Sparkle car
-Wedding Castle
-all 3 new 3 pack blindbag figure sets

All I ended up getting was the Favorites set. Now time to go over their conditions.

Nightmare Moon - Pretty good.  Her mane and tail were a little.... stringy, for lack of a better word. A lot of factory curles too.

Trixie Lulamoon - Very stringy hair, feels very oily. I'm definatly going to have to condition it. She has two small dents on her neck/chest area.

Flower Wishes (Daisy) - Pretty good hair. Two small dents above her front right leg.

DJ P0N-3 (Vinyl Scratch) - Again, very stringy hair. Dent on neck/chest.

Lemony Jem - Very rough hair. That's about it.

Rainbow Dash - Also has dents. She had a VERY bad snarl in her mane, I had to brush it so hard, that part of the hair came out. O_o

Pinkie Pie - Average G4 condition. Not much to say.

Out of all 3 Favorites sets they had, I chose the best one, so if these were already bad quality, imagine how bad the others would have been. Yeah, quality control has been going down. Still glad I got this set though.

The dents come out with hot water, the G3's had some of the same issues and the plastic bounced back after being out of the box for some time <3 Congrats on the new additions!!!:cheer:

I am SO AFRAID I won't get that set- it is deeply troubling that Toysrus took the pre-orders down- and now it is past the release date? I may have to break down and pay more for a set off amazon or something

Nice catch! I got mine Wednesday (the Topeka, KS one had 4 then) along with some other stuff (I updated my brag arena thread). I didn't even pay attention to any problems they had, but now that you mention it I see the dents on Trixie and Vinyl. Even though her armor is painted on Nightmare Moon is AWESOME!
  Unfortunately I think some people are starting to get paranoid about the avalability, and as such scalpers selling them on Ebay is going to become a problem
