Eee Peachy is back!

I'm not sure if this is the right spot so don't spear me alive.

Anyway, I have to brag on myself. I mentioned when I joined that my first ponies were a few oldies in a stable my cousin gave me. Finally identiefied them as a flat foot Blossom and two Peachy's. One Peachy that was obviously my favorite suffered more than the other ponies. During my cleaning spree the other two girls I managed to take out their washers, scrub a bit and they were fine. Other Peachy was missing her tail and moldy inside. Now with much cleaning and some rehairing (my first time doing it and using the needle/floss, so I'm pleased with myself.) I now present newer lovely Peachy! I could have cut her hair a bit more, but I like the big long tail and how her mane falls down almost like a real horse mane. She scrubbed up great. The only thing I'm still having problems with is the rust spot on her cutie mark. I mentioned that the washer had fallen inside and rusted through her. I used tooth paste to get it off inside, but the stain is still on her mark. :/

She wasn't super filthy there was just some tail rust and a grunge layer across her. I had so much dirt wash off in the sink...darn ponies making me give them mud baths when I was six.

Anyway yeah she's not a new pony or a secret flea market find, but I feel like she's a new pony. I'm proud of my champ and myself for making her look nicer. Childhood pony. <3

Oh, she looks so much prettier with her new hair-do.  Restoring childhood ponies is really rewarding.  Congrats on your new and improved childhood friend

Thank you both. I am just glad Peachy kiosks lovely again amd better thsn the little pony I was given like twenty years ago. Now if I can get the other girls sparkling

Hehe, I went to cut it, but the more I looked at it the better I liked it. Peachy hasn't had a tail for at least 12yrs. She needed a big one to show off.

OOOO, pretty!  I like the long tail too.  When I do my felts, I know that they don't have as long of hair as I give them, but I tend to make the hair longer just because I like it:)  Too bad about that darn spot! She cleaned up well otherwise

Thanks everyone. I was surprised how close the hair was to her original and very pleased. It was funny because starting out she was my worst looking of the two Peachy's. Now she's blowing my other out of the water, not to mention my other has a small spot of regrind. I might try a few different things on the "evil spot", but for now she deserves a rest after being scrubbed to death.

She looks so pretty!  she is so often under appreciated.  I have a little army of her maybe 20 or so.  Yours looks so nice with her new hair!  Her symbols look really good too!  Congratulations!
