Thanks for all the kind words on the wings. I can't afford real or even the repo wings, so I make them...and I like the variety gives them some uniqueness. I have a hard time with G1 customs. I always see them as a project to rejuvenate...or I feel no one is bait even if they are chewed on. I still have a bit if flocking yet, so I can't wait till I get a bait anything and try it out.

Thank you Crowning Glory. I enjoy writing but sometimes wonder if others would think it's good. I've been working on a pony story for quite a while. I think your wings are good too.

Thanks CG she is a cutie, got us firmly wrapped around her paw already, and we haven't even met her yet. I cannot wait to snuggle her! (I've been saving all pics of her that the rescue has posted, right from Day 1, I think it's close to 70. LOL. Working on videos next. Imma have a full album of her before she's even mine.)

Hmm long day. No work out, did not eat well, no knitting. I did teach a piano lesson so I give myself 5 points. It should be 30min long, but I stayed for almost an hour.

No worries on the novel...i do it too:) as for exercise I have a max trainer bow flex, walk, I also do a sequence of simple items. So 30sec plank, 10 reps of different style of crunches, run in place, ECT. Most of this is in front of a tv, as i get board and helps me work out for 30 min, same amount as a tv show:)

GOOD LUCK towards pregnancy:) I am in your boat too. It's why I want to keep myself moving, as they say it helps a growing healthy baby:) you can do it. I tend to have a g4 pony with me, so I can play with its hair when I feel my anxiety is  unmanageable .

I also have a planner. I write down what I want to do in a day and cross off the task I finish at the end of the day:) I am not awesome at it, but helps most days:)

It looks like we won't officially be trying until after our honeymoon. The plan was originally to start on our honeymoon but we're going to Florida and they have Zika virus there. My OB said that once bitten, it can live in a man's reproductive tract for up to 6 months. So, now we have to wait for testing when we get back. It's annoying but better safe than sorry.

I used to be very good with a planner but that was back when I was in school and had assignments every day to keep track of. Now I just misplace it constantly.

I love your flutter wings especially the glittery ones.

Busy couple of days for me - had no sleep Sunday night so my 5am alarm calling me to the gym was not welcome - I cancelled the session as there was no point going there tired (they work us hard and I do no want to hurt myself!).  Stayed on track with my eating and stayed within my calorie allowance  I then (albeit very snoozily) went to the old house and managed to clear one of the little rooms of junk - lots of trash bags full of mouldy textiles that I intend to put in the car tomorrow and take to the recycling centre / dump.

Today I spent with my Mum who needed me to drive her to hospital for some scans, and then a fun trip to the shops afterwards (she was happy that the scans seemed fine!) 

Tomorrow - earlybird gym session booked, I am determined to attend! Then more house clearing...  but I would then have "earned" some calories to have a cheeky Angel Delight dessert later!

No workout today but I did pretty good overall. I drank water instead of Coke two times and when I did get extra Coke it was very much. I also chose a smaller meal when I ate out tonight.

I hope one day I'll be able to finish my pony story. It's an epic G1 pony adventure.

Made it passed 5000 steps yesterday! Went for a walk at lunchtime before work and also dropped off paperwork to join our medical fitness center. Start there on Monday hopefully. I am excited for their pool. It's a therapeutic pool so it's warmer than usual.

Lots done today - gym, house clearance (made 2 trips to the dump and broke-up lots of wood-wormed furniture) took the bins out... oh and our little kitchen fridge decided to die today  so moved lots of food to our garage fridge and cooked the defrosted scampi and calamari for my parents for lunch!   

Managed to make my Angel Delight, Crowning_Glory13, butterscotch flavour tonight!

Well done ponyfan. After being sick, you have made progress towards your goals really well.

I have a wonderful cold, and wirk stresses me out so bad I get emotional and end up using food to try and feel better. So no points. I did find my planner!!!! So that will help get me back on track.

I hope you feel better soon Crowining Glory. I am not having a healthy pony day. I'm not feeling well again so it's all I can do to just sit and try not to do anything hoping I will feel better in a couple of hours.

 Right now my story is a mess and has way too many scences to fit in but I do love the premise and hope to make it a complete story someday. I have written well over 300 pages of scences for the story.

I dragged myself out to the old house today and continued with the clearance, 2 more trips to the dump, covered in cobwebs and dirt, smelling stinky and musty. Space is looking better and I am pleased that I have not had to hire a trailer to clear the big things (as a hammer can do wonders to make trash fit in cars!)

Took a full 2-litre bottle of water and managed to drink it all while there! It was easier for me to keep track looking at the bottle rather than guessing how many glasses I'd had.

Just had a hot shower - wow that felt good! I smell nice again  oh + the delivery guy has just arrived with some Disney dolls that I ordered  woohoo!

Earlybird gym for tomorrow, then vacuum out my dusty car and have lunch with my husband - Friday's plans
