New in town...

So I'm not really sure how to start all this, so I'll just ramble a little. My name is Cassie and I collected My Little Pony as a child, I had ponies coming out of my ears! Now with having a child of my own I have yet again caught the My Little Pony bug and am now collecting for her, well using her as an excuse to collect yet again for me.

I live on the island on Oahu in Hawaii, USA. I am a stay at home mom with two children, a five year old daughter, Hayleigh, who loves Twilight Sparkle and a 4 year old son, Derek, who loves Rainbow Dash.

I have a soft spot for Breezies, I love them and can't get enough of them and am determined to have them all! We also enjoy collecting the blind bag ponies and G3.5 and G4 ponies. We have not gotten into G1 or G2 ponies yet. I've been out of the loop for a very long time, so I know I have a lot to catch up on!

Which generation of ponies did you grow up with?  It's great your daughter had got you back into collecting

I'm a child of the 80's so I grew up with G1 and G2. Once my daughter and I started looking more into the different ponies I ended up calling my Grandmother demanding to know what happened to all my ponies from when I was a kid. I was quickly put in my place when I was told I donated them all to the local children's hospital once I out grew them.   
Note to self: Do not donate ponies, bubble wrap them and stick them in a box for future grandchildren!
