Didn't know you could! I just assumed arena was confused about my time zone - right now, it is all "Good Morning, Katrine" and it is 8pm

Now I know why though! *put up set time- zone on to-do list*

My little message disappeared ages ago.. I just assumed it happened to everyone... it was just after all the mods changed everyone's names. maybe the cat got on my keyboard again. *sigh* And I'd finally got the time zone set right, too!

Oh I can sympathize with you regarding insomnia, Tilas. It's 3am here as I type this. You know your insomnia needs to be given the boot when you see the Arena's nanny message change more than once in just a few hours 

I mentioned this in my WYD topic a few weeks ago: Have you tried natural sources of melatonin such as tart cherry juice or Sleepytime/chamomile/passionflower teas? They help calm my nerves and also help promote sleep.

As for the fan noise, do you have ear plugs to block out the sound? You can also try having a white noise machine or playing calming nature music while sleeping... there are tons of free phone/tablet apps for "sleep sounds" and even a white noise/background music website available out there.

The Arena thinks I'm up early or late right now... it's 13:50 here, so no...? Silly Arena, lol. (I probably haven't set my time zone correctly)

The Arena server is set to PST/PDT (California) time... if you aren't in that time zone, then your settings will be off.

*grins*  yeah I got a laugh out of it but tend to ignore most of the time..especially since it seems to refuse to save my own time (ive tried..4 or 5 times >>) so the times are always off.

Thank you, Kiwi.  The Arena is always telling me to do random things at the wrong time of day!  Now it correctly says good morning
