My G1 herd is growing! pics!

I stumbled across a for sale thread by Napper with a whole boat load of G1s.  I had to limit myself, but she had a Baby Dancing Butterflies, and seeing as how this is in my top ten of ponies I'd love to own...I couldn't resist.  And since I would already be paying shipping I might as well get a few more right?    Tuesday afternoons are my afternoons off and since we're currently getting 3-6 inches of snow and 30 mph winds, perfect pony spa day!  So most of my new additions aren't 'unwrapped' yet...

Right out of the mail, there was some seriously gravity defying hair!

Update 3-6-12
I went home last weekend and did some visiting.  One of the people I visited was the lady that babysat my sister and I growing up.  Turns out she found out that I was collecting ponies from her daughter because I had a few pictures on facebook and she dug some out for me!

Here are the 6 that cleaned up relatively easily,  I have 3 more that are going to need quite a bit of elbow grease

I have no idea if it was just 'bed head' from shipping or what!  Needless to say they got thoroughly cleaned just in case!

I visited the lady that was my daycare growing up.  Had a good long visit catching up, about 3 hours!  Apparently her daughter told her that I've been collecting/restoring G1 ponies because she saw them on facebook.  After hearing that, she dug out a bunch of ponies she still had that were no longer being played with she was considering giving to good will but gave to me instead! There is two Lady Flutters, one is either going to be an epic restore, or a bait pony but the other one is in amazingly good condition, hardly any wear to the wings!  I'll post pictures once I get them unpacked tomorrow.  They're mostly pretty grimy but since tomorrow is my afternoon off I'll also get started on cleaning.  Whee!
